Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At Elegant We are confident that you will love your new Furniture so much, we always offer all of our deliveries free of Charge

All deliveries are pre-booked at a convenient time by telephone prior to dispatch. When the goods are ready to be shipped, Ourselves or the Carrier will contact you to let you know that your order is ready and to book in your delivery on a convenient date.

All Free Deliveries are Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged on some items, additional charges apply so please call for details if required.

All of the up to date delivery times for each piece of furniture are clearly displayed on the product page below the price.

Stock Deliveries are dispatched the next day and normally arrive with you in 2-3 working days, (Please allow 1-2 additional days for Northern Regions).

Our Dining Chair orders are delivered using a dedicated national Carrier, and a two-man delivery service is used for heavier items such as dining tables, Sofas & Armchairs.

All delivery Days shown,  are Working days. (not including weekends).

 

CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS OR NORTHERN IRELAND

For any deliveries to the Channel islands, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, additional charges Will apply, please call for prices and availability as not all items can be shipped to these areas.

Please do allow up to 8-10 additional working days for the delivery if your furniture is being shipped over seas.

 

RETURNS

On receiving your goods, you will have 7 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund or exchange. This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason.

A 20% cancellation fee per order and a £30.00 collection charge per item may be applied if you wish to return unwanted goods. This charge will be deducted from any refund processed. Transporting large goods carefully is expensive and we respectfully request that customers make themselves aware of these potential charges before purchasing.

REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGE

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred.
